How Do I place an order?

You may place an order using our Web site – acquaaroma.com, or by calling our sales team at +1 (407) 826-1442.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipping to addresses in Florida are subject to Florida State sales tax.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received either damaged or defective. In the event that this occurs, please send your information including your order number and product in question to CustomerService@acquaaroma.com.

Are your ingredients all-natural?

Acqua Aroma’s fragrances are formulated using the best raw materials and fine high performance fragrances. We source for the best materials both naturals and synthetics. In some cases, natural oils are exquisite and the optimal choice for our usage. In other cases, the most naturally beautiful scents are not able to be extracted and therefore synthetics are created to emulate these naturals. Our goal is to formulate the most beautiful complex fragrances, utilizing the best quality ingredients.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Once your order is confirmed please allow two business days to process your order for shipment (unless otherwise noted).

Do you accept checks or money orders?

We are unable to accept checks or money orders at this time. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.

How do I know my order has been processed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details upon successful receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent when the items have shipped with the transaction details. Depending on your email filter, you may not receive this correspondence.

Do you test on animals?

We do not test our ingredients, formulations, or finished products on animals nor do we condone animal testing.

Do I have to create an account before checking out?

You are able to checkout as a guest. We suggest registering with us for future convenience, faster and easier check out, easy access to your order status, and more resourceful tools.

Are discounts available?

Acqua Aroma periodically offers promotions and coupon codes for discounts. These are valid on new orders and cannot be used on orders already placed. Promotional codes must be mentioned or entered at time of order and cannot be combined. When using a coupon or buying a promotional/discounted product offered by Acqua Aroma you are subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion or coupon.

Can I make a change to my order?

Orders are processed upon receipt. Please contact CustomerService@acquaaroma.com immediately if a change is needed. Items that have not yet shipped are able to be changed as long as they have not been packaged for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently are only able to ship to the United States and US territories. For other locations contact CustomerService@aquaaroma.com.
