Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more.

Receive Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders of $99.00 or more. No promo code is necessary at checkout for qualifying orders. If you are using a promotional coupon code when placing your order please keep in mind that shipping costs are calculated based on your merchandise order total, after the discount code is applied to the order, and before any applicable sales taxes are applied. This offer is valid only at, and available only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.


Shipping and Delivery

All Products are delivered to you via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We reserve the right to ship by the carrier of our choice while maintaining timely deliveries with value in mind (unless otherwise noted). Delivery charges and timescales will vary depending on the type of product ordered and the delivery address. The cost of delivery will be set out in the order summary shown to you before you pay for your order. Please read the order summary carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to pay the cost of delivering your order to its destination. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, international orders, large orders, and orders that qualify for free shipping may be shipped using the best available method.

Damage and Return Policy

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items, when possible, or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping, when applicable. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted. Carriers instruct their drivers not to deliver packages where damage is evident. After receiving delivery, you are expected to check your package promptly and inspect for any visible damage. Any damage due to shipping must be reported and registered in writing on your carrier paperwork. Merchandise may not be returned without proper authorization, you must contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions before sending back the products. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee when applicable. Claims reported must be returned within 30 days to receive credit. No credit will be given for unauthorized returns.


Refunds and Credits

Please contact our Customer Service Team to help you throughout your process. If a refund or credit is applicable for you, we will refund or credit the purchase price and any taxes you paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items should be returned within 30 days and received back in original condition for a full refund. To receive a refund, the original invoice should accompany your return.


Refused Shipments

A 20% restocking fee plus freight will be charged on any refused shipments.


Refusal of Order

Acqua Aroma retains the right to refuse an order for reasons including but not limited to: unavailability of merchandise; past payment history; and/or prior termination of account.
